We are a group of creative and curious gardeners who want to enrich people's lives with plants. Determined to find a solution, we turned to our windowsills and put pen to paper, designing and collaborating to bring purposeful products to the world that surprise, delight, simplify and solve the modern-day challenges of growing.

Our innovative Growbar is beautiful, functional and flexible, allowing you to turn any space into a growing space – regardless of indoor light quality, window space and season. Simply mount, add plants and select or create a daily schedule in the Modern Sprout App. It's that easy.

The Growbar's full-spectrum LED light mimics the light that plants need in nature, with no glare or harshness, just a soft glow of white light you and your plants will love. Different plants require different intensities and durations of light to thrive, and our Growbar has options for them all. LEDs run at low temps, thus minimizing the risk of burning young seedlings or plants. With the timer set, the light automatically turns on and off, ensuring your plants get plenty of light every day.

Our Smart grow lights can be connected to the Modern Sprout App, where you can customize the light intensity and schedule to help your plants thrive. The Growbar is the vital solution for creating a lush plantscape in sun-deprived spaces, nourishing low-to-bright light loving plants. Simply mount it under a shelf, kitchen cabinet or in a bookshelf, add plants and select or create a daily on/off schedule in the Modern Sprout App.

Through plants, moods are boosted, air is purified, and homes become a calming oasis. When you tend to a plant, you tend to yourself. The Growbar features a manual on/off switch, supports healthy growth for vegetative, fruiting and flowers plants, and requires a 2.4GHz wifi network. It has a 92+ CRI Rated Full-Spectrum 4000K Natural White Light with an average lifespan of 25,000 hours. It comes with hanging hardware, smart app software, and is directly plantable. The dimensions are 15" l x 2.3" w x .6" h.

By making our own hydroponic system that hadn't yet existed in a seamless, beautiful and accessible way, we grew foolproof plants and even maintained our self-esteem (after a few tries). Now, we're bringing that same passion and innovation to the world, lighting the way to a greener home.
