Beginner-Friendly and User-Friendly

Simple Instructions: Soak your seeds, rinse, and drain them. Then place the sprouting tray in direct sunlight (tip: add 400 ml of water to the base tray at a time).
Seed-Specific Versions: For seeds smaller than 3mm, use the "SMALL Hole" version; for seeds larger than 3mm, use the "LARGE Hole" version. Common seeds like Broccoli, Alfalfa, Spinach, Radish, Clover, Wheatgrass, Cilantro, or Sesame work best with the "SMALL Hole" version, while Sunflower, Mung Beans, Green Pea, Lentil, Adzuki Bean, or Soybeans are better suited for the "LARGE Hole" version.

If it is a quality issue, please provide an order number and attach clear photos of the items that represent the issue.
After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item.Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days.

The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
